Job Description

  • Take ownership of $5M-$20M commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Build budgets, develop schedules, guide value engineering efforts, and drive project profitability
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and ongoing project coordination
  • Partner with field teams, clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Mentor junior team members while helping grow client relationships and future business opportunities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 9+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Experience in healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, K-12, or higher education projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Driven, proactive, positive professional with long-term career determination
