Job Description

  • Manage multiple interior construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and client communications
  • Drive project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule expectations are achieved
  • Partner closely with field teams, design professionals, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to maintain momentum and client satisfaction
  • Support procurement, change management, forecasting, and project reporting activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners across the region
  • Leverage technology-driven project delivery tools to improve coordination and efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Experience working for a specialty contractor, interiors contractor, or subcontractor strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with corporate interiors, healthcare, life sciences, commercial, or institutional projects preferred
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with construction technology and modern project delivery methods is a plus
