Job Description

  • Lead data center and light industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance
  • Drive communication between owners, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Utilize Procore, CMIC, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Experience with data centers, light industrial, or PEMB projects
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project delivery risks
  • Growth-minded professional with a collaborative approach
