Known for its training and development programs, this GC has several high-profile hospital projects coming up and is looking for an experienced leader to manage them.Job DescriptionHigher Education Project Manager - Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of higher education capital projects from inception through occupancy.Manage relationships with university leadership, faculty, staff, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project scope, budgets, schedules, and risks, implementing proactive solutions to keep initiatives on track and aligned with institutional goals.Oversee design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities while ensuring compliance with university standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable building codes.Coordinate campus project activities to minimize disruption to academic operations, research functions, student services, and campus life while maintaining quality and safety standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
