Job Description

The Project Manager - Historic Preservation - Bethesda will be responsible for:

  • Leading full lifecycle project delivery across commercial construction projects
  • Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Coordinating with internal teams including estimating, field staff, and leadership
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates
  • Overseeing risk management, safety compliance, and quality assurance
  • Building and maintaining long-term client and vendor relationships

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Historic Preservation - Bethesda should have:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor
  • Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • A team-first mindset aligned with a collaborative, relationship-driven culture
