Job Description

  • Lead and manage hospitality and commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project objectives and expectations.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and resources needed for project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster effective communication among all project participants to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Hospitality & Commercial should have:

  • 5-8 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Experience delivering at least 10 ground-up projects start to finish
  • Hospitality or hotel construction experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success managing negotiated work and client relationships
  • Stable work history with strong project tenure
