Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of hospitality and retail construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee on-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plans.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
