They will continue to grow with a focus on clients and putting their employees first.Job DescriptionAs the Project Manager, you will lead construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.Key responsibilities include:Manage Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Senior Living, etc construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDrive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution effortsLead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and external stakeholdersCreate and maintain detailed project schedules and financial forecastsMonitor budgets, costs, contingency usage, and project profitabilityManage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationCoordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activitiesDeliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsRun regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
