Working in close partnership with field leadership, you will oversee project finances, procurement strategies, scheduling, risk management, client communication, and project team development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, startup, execution, and closeout while ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goalsOwn project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow management, billing, and reportingDevelop and execute buyout, procurement, subcontracting, and material purchasing strategiesManage contract administration, change management, risk mitigation, claims documentation, and commercial negotiationsPartner with project teams to drive scheduling, procurement coordination, quality control, commissioning, and closeout activitiesServe as the primary client contact, leading project meetings and maintaining strong owner, architect, and consultant relationshipsOversee trade partner performance, accountability, safety planning, and project execution strategiesMentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers while fostering a positive, high-performing team cultureMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
