Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee industrial construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

  • Manage all phases of industrial construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal project teams.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address risks and challenges.
  • Lead client communications and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Support project closeout activities, including documentation and financial reconciliation.

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Industrial Construction we are seeking:

  • Proven experience managing industrial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and construction management software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Texas as project needs require.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
