Job Description

The Project Manager - Industrial Construction - Charlotte will be responsible for:

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from award through closeout
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasting efforts
Lead communication with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Partner with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project objectives
Monitor project financial performance, including cost tracking and risk management
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Industrial Construction - Charlotte should have:

5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and project financials
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams effectively
Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore and scheduling platforms
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Stable work history and demonstrated success delivering commercial projects
