Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery of budget, schedule, and quality goals
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project financials, including budgets, change orders, forecasting, and cost control
  • Partner closely with field teams to drive safety, quality, and operational excellence
  • Support ongoing company growth by contributing to project strategy, planning, and execution

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience in commercial, industrial, or design-build construction
  • Experience with light industrial, data center, or PEMB projects preferred
  • Strong communicator who can effectively manage clients, field teams, and subcontractors
  • Proficiency with construction management platforms such as Procore, CMiC, or Bluebeam is an advantage
  • Motivated, team-oriented professional who is eager to grow with a rapidly expanding organization
