Job Description

You will report directly into Senior Leadership and be responsible for:

  • Leading all technical aspects of projects while ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality targets
  • Coordinating engineering disciplines across design, manufacturing, and construction phases
  • Acting as the single point of contact for all technical matters with clients, partners, and subcontractors
  • Supporting proposal and sales teams by reviewing specifications and contributing to bid development
  • Conducting technical clarification meetings and issuing bid-stage technical documentation
  • Reviewing and validating thermal designs and key engineering deliverables
  • Developing piping and instrumentation diagrams and overseeing technical documentation
  • Sizing and selecting industrial equipment including pumps, piping, valves, and vacuum systems
  • Preparing functional descriptions and project-related procedures
  • Supporting procurement by preparing RFQs and evaluating vendor bids
  • Resolving technical issues during manufacturing, construction, and NCR processes
  • Supporting construction teams and assisting with onsite technical challenges

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in industrial, project-based engineering environments
  • Strong project coordination and technical leadership skills
  • Knowledge of heat exchange processes and mechanical systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with CAD environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English with willingness to travel as required
