Job Description

  • Manage industrial and cold storage projects frompreconstruction through closeout, with full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and development teams throughout design and planning phases.
  • Support estimating efforts and provide constructability input during early project development.
  • Coordinate permitting activities and work with municipalities to maintain project schedules.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement activities, and project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while partnering closely with superintendents and field teams.
  • Lead owner, architect, subcontractor, and internal project meetings, serving as a primary client contact.
  • Monitor project financials, billing, forecasting, and overall performance to ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably managing industrial, distribution, or large-scale design-build projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and successfully manage them from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working directly with architects, engineers, owners, and field teams.
  • Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented problem solver who can navigate challenges and keep projects moving forward.
  • Curious and growth-minded professional who enjoys learning, asking questions, and continuously developing their construction expertise.
  • Team-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and humble enough to embrace new processes while bringing fresh ideas and initiative to the team.
