Job Description

  • Identify and develop new project opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts
  • Prepare budgets, conceptual estimates, and competitive bids
  • Manage projects from award through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and profitability
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings throughout the region
  • Manage change orders, contract administration, and project documentation
  • Drive repeat business through exceptional client service
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership on growth initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Estimating and preconstruction experience strongly preferred
  • Business development experience is a major plus
  • Experience with light industrial, commercial, restaurant, retail, or church projects preferred
  • Ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $1M-$5M
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing multiple responsibilities across project acquisition and execution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow business opportunities
  • Strong organizational and financial management abilities
  • Stable work history and strong professional reputation
