This company is a long-established general contractor that has been operating for roughly 90+ years. It specializes in industrial and commercial construction, serving sectors such as manufacturing, energy, transportation, corporate facilities and institutional buildings.

Their work includes new facility construction, expansions and renovation services, with a strong focus on complex industrial environments and operational facilities.

Job Description

  • Experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Strong ability to lead project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while maintaining schedule and budget goals.
  • Extensive knowledge of industrial construction methods, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Proven track record of mitigating project risks, resolving complex challenges, and driving successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

  • Thorough understanding of industrial safety regulations and enforcement of project protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex construction challenges and keep projects on schedule.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities for effective coordination with clients, contractors, and project teams.
  • Open to travel across the Texas as needed
