Job Description

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and change orders
  • Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and client stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with public-sector standards and documentation
  • Maintain detailed records, reporting, and project communication

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction PM experience
  • 3+ years delivering public, government, healthcare, or K-12 projects
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, and documentation
  • Background with a general contractor (not CM/consulting)
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and strong communicator
