They combine the resources and expertise of a larger organization with the accessibility, culture, and leadership involvement of a family-owned business.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will:Lead projects from conceptual planning, preconstruction, and budgeting through final closeout.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate closely with estimating teams during budgeting, bidding, and procurement phases.Perform constructability reviews and identify opportunities to improve project execution.Develop trade scopes and manage subcontractor procurement activities.Negotiate contracts and oversee subcontractor agreements.Manage permitting activities and coordinate utility requirements.Create and maintain complex CPM schedules using Primavera P6.Monitor project budgets, cash flow, schedules, and overall financial performance.Direct project teams and provide leadership to project staff throughout execution.Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction objectives are achieved.Support occupied renovation projects while minimizing disruption to end users.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
