Job Description

Manage interior construction projects valued between $100K and $5M

Oversee office and healthcare tenant improvement projects, with a focus on $300K-$2M

Lead multiple projects simultaneously across different phases of delivery

Facilitate OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and maintain clear communication

Review, approve, and manage project change orders

Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout

Ensure project timelines are met within 6-16 week schedules

Utilise Procore and MS Office for project tracking, documentation, and reporting

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality execution

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with an interior General Contractor

Proven experience managing commercial or healthcare interior projects

Demonstrated ability to run projects from inception to completion

Experience leading OAC meetings and managing stakeholder communication

Strong background in handling and approving change orders

Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on integrity, transparency, and collaboration

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
