Job Description

The Project Manager - Interior Construction - Gaithersburg, MD will be responsible for:

  • Managing interior construction projects valued between $100K and $5M
  • Overseeing office and healthcare tenant improvement projects, with a focus on $300K-$2M
  • Leading multiple projects simultaneously across different phases of delivery
  • Facilitating OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and maintain clear communication
  • Reviewing, approving, and managing project change orders
  • Driving projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Ensuring project timelines are met within 6-16 week schedules
  • Utilizing Procore and MS Office for project tracking, documentation, and reporting
  • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality execution

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Interior Construction - Gaithersburg, MD should have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with an interior General Contractor
  • Proven experience managing commercial or healthcare interior projects
  • Demonstrated ability to run projects from inception to completion
  • Experience leading OAC meetings and managing stakeholder communication
  • Strong background in handling and approving change orders
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on integrity, transparency, and collaboration
