We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of interior healthcare and Class A office projects ranging from renovations and tenant improvements to occupied-space construction and high-end corporate fit-outs. The successful candidate will have experience working for a commercial general contractor delivering healthcare, medical office, hospital, or premium office interior projects.

Job Description

  • Lead projects through all phases including preconstruction, budgeting, procurement, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project strategy.
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams.
  • Monitor project financials including cost forecasting, change management, and reporting.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and contract administration.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to drive successful project execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience managing:
    • Healthcare interiors
    • Medical office projects
    • Hospital renovations
    • Class A office interiors
    • Corporate tenant improvements
  • Strong understanding of occupied-space construction and phased renovation projects.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
