Job Description

  • Lead multiple healthcare construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure project execution and quality
  • Drive project safety, compliance, and documentation standards
  • Oversee cost control, change orders, and reporting
  • Act as the primary client point of contact
  • Support preconstruction and estimating as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of construction project management experience
  • Strong background in healthcare interior projects ($3M+)
  • Experience with hospitals, medical office buildings, or outpatient labs
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently from preconstruction through closeout
  • Ambitious and growth-oriented mindset
