Job Description

The responsibilities of a Project Manager:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee 2-5 active projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project success-
  • Lead project planning, procurement, cost control, and risk management activities
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits and provide leadership to field personnel
  • Track project financials, change orders, forecasting, and reporting
  • Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business opportunities
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Strong corporate interiors project experience is required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in-office and travel to project sites as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
