With a strong reputation, engaged leadership team, and commitment to professional growth, they offer an environment where ambitious professionals can make a significant impact and build a long-term career.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of a Project Manager:Lead construction projects from kickoff through final turnover.Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules.Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.Administer change orders, including pricing, negotiation, and execution.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and project coordination efforts.Oversee subcontractor performance and project execution.Monitor project risks and proactively resolve issues.Coordinate closely with field operations and project teams.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Manage multiple projects simultaneously in varying phases of construction.Maintain project documentation through Procore and related systems.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
