Known for its people-first culture, strong repeat business, and stable pipeline, the organization continues to experience strategic growth across its operations.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will:Manage 2-5 commercial construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion.Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project financials, costs, change orders, and overall project performance.Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, quality, and safety compliance.Maintain project schedules and proactively identify and resolve project risks.Build and strengthen client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.Collaborate with field teams and company leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Support reporting, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
