Job Description

The Project Manager - Interiors | NoVA Top-Ranked ENR Contractor will:

  • Lead all phases of interior construction projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with field teams, design partners, and stakeholders to maintain quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
  • Oversee project financials, forecasting, contract administration, and change management processes.
  • Identify and proactively resolve project challenges while maintaining strong communication with clients and leadership.
  • Support preconstruction efforts, including estimating reviews, value engineering, and project planning.
  • Mentor and guide Assistant Project Managers and project support staff as needed.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Interiors | NoVA Top-Ranked ENR Contractor will have:

  • 5-10 years of construction experience, preferably within commercial interiors projects.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience serving as a Project Manager.
  • High-level Assistant Project Managers with 4+ years of relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience managing interior construction projects across commercial, corporate, healthcare, mission critical, education, industrial, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated history of strong tenure and career progression with current and previous employers.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
