The Project Manager to focus on the interior completion of a 300+ unit ground up luxury multifamily project. You will oversee the full interior renovation, ensuring quality and timely delivery. This role focuses on managing all aspects of interior construction: drywall, flooring, millwork/finishes, etc.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage interior construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and designers to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Oversee final inspections and project handovers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager-Interiors should have:

  • Minimum 7 yrs of expereince managing interior construction projects within the property industry.
  • Leadership experience as they will be managing the superintendent on site
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes within Philadelphia.
  • Ability to manage budgets and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
