Job Description

The Project Manager - Interiors/Healthcare - Gaithersburg, MD will be responsible for:

  • Manage multiple interior construction projects at various stages (conception to completion)
  • Oversee projects ranging from $100K to $5M, with a focus on office and healthcare interiors
  • Lead client-facing communication and build strong, lasting relationships
  • Run OAC meetings and maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Review and approve change orders throughout project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with internal teams including APMs and Project Accountants
  • Collaborate with a dedicated estimating team for project planning and execution
  • Utilize Procore and MS Office to manage workflows, documentation, and reporting
  • Successfully deliver projects on accelerated timelines (6-16 weeks typical)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Interiors/Healthcare - Gaithersburg, MD should have:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in construction
  • Proven experience managing projects start to finish
  • Background in office or healthcare interior construction is required
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in different phases
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Experience leading OAC meetings and managing change orders
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated integrity, curiosity, and accountability
