Our client is an employee-owned commercial general contractor with approximately 50+ employees and a strong reputation for delivering ground-up wood-frame construction projects. The company specializes in extended-stay hotels, assisted living facilities, and multifamily developments, with a collaborative culture and long-term growth opportunities through employee ownership.

Job Description

* Manage 2 concurrent ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
* Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project execution.
* Review plans, specifications, submittals, and project documentation.
* Coordinate with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.

The Successful Applicant

* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
* Background in hospitality, multifamily, assisted living, or wood-frame construction.
* Ability to independently lead projects without dedicated APM support.
* Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 is required.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.

What's on Offer

Salary: $110,000-$140,000 base salary + annual and project performance bonuses
* ESOP with 5-year vesting schedule (20% vested annually) and 401(k) with 3.5% company match.
* $750/month vehicle allowance plus gas allowance or mileage reimbursement and $100/month cell allowance.
* 16 days PTO, company credit card, and direct mentorship from executive leadership.
