Job Description

  • Prepare accurate project cost estimates, including materials, labor, and other associated expenses.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure alignment with goals and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations throughout all project phases.
  • Track project expenses and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process.
