Job Description

  • Manage full lifecycle of public and institutional construction projects
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and change orders
  • Coordinate subcontractors, clients, and internal site teams
  • Ensure compliance with strict public-sector regulations and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and proactive stakeholder communication

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10+ years' experience in commercial construction project management
  • Minimum 3 years on public, government, healthcare, or K-12 projects
  • Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and documentation processes
  • Background working for a general contractor (not CM agent)
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and effective communicator with strong drive
