With a diverse portfolio of projects and a collaborative, hands-on approach, they provide their employees with the opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals while developing their skills and advancing their careers.Job DescriptionManage projects from preconstruction, budgeting, and buyout through construction, closeout, and turnover.Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and overall execution strategies.Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and contract documents to identify potential issues and opportunities before and during construction.Lead subcontractor procurement, bid leveling, scope review, contract negotiations, and buyout activities.Manage project financials, including cost tracking, commitments, change orders, pay applications, forecasts, and monthly reporting.Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, design revisions, and other project documentation.Work closely with Superintendents to coordinate field operations, sequencing, manpower, logistics, quality control, and safety.Conduct regular project meetings with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.Review subcontractor performance and ensure work is progressing in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, quality expectations, and safety standards.Assist with client development and maintain strong relationships with repeat owners and project partners.Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, commissioning, turnover, warranties, and final documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
