Job Description

  • Lead and manage K-12 construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and school representatives to meet project goals.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any potential delays or issues proactively.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and schedules.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and upper management.
