Job Description

  • Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and procurement efforts.
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field personnel.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
  • Provide regular progress updates and financial reporting to leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience managing ground-up K-12, higher education, and/or municipal projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project financials.
  • Experience managing public-sector projects preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
