Job Description

  • Manage all phases of ground-up church and K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activities
  • Coordinate with owners, school administrators, church leadership, architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address budget, schedule, and quality concerns
  • Facilitate client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Partner with Superintendents to ensure efficient field execution and project coordination
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Prepare project reports, forecasts, and financial updates for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support project closeout activities, punch list completion, and successful turnover

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing ground-up K-12 education, church, or entertainment construction projects
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Experience managing subcontractor relationships, contracts, and change orders
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
