Job Description

  • Manage ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $15M or more
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Monitor project costs, productivity, and risk to ensure successful outcomes
  • Lead project documentation, reporting, and contract administration
  • Utilize construction software platforms to support estimating, takeoffs, and project delivery
  • Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all project phases

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $15M+
  • Background in education, institutional, concrete, masonry, or similar commercial projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
  • Experience working with Timberline, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work within commuting distance of the organization's regional office locations
