Job Description

The Project Manager will report to Senior Operations Leadership and be responsible for the successful execution of K-12 construction projects. This Project Manager will oversee all phases of project delivery while ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations are met.

  • Lead K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
  • Manage client, architect, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
  • Coordinate project teams to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence
  • Review contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project engineers and support staff

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - K-12 Construction we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience managing ground-up K-12 construction projects
  • Experience working for a general contractor on large commercial or institutional projects
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
