Job Description

  • Manage all phases of ground‑up K‑12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and school district representatives
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor buyout, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Ensure projects comply with local, state, and educational facility requirements
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve project risks proactively to maintain schedule and budget goals
  • Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications
  • Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing ground‑up K‑12 education projects
  • Strong understanding of public-sector construction and regulatory requirements
  • Experience managing complex schedules and multiple stakeholder groups
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost management experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
