Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress and completion.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ground up experience in education, higher education, municipal, retail, restaurant, hospitality, and mixed-use
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems in a busy environment.
