Project Manager-Lab ,Commercial- Portsmouth NH

• Manage 2 to 3 commercial construction projects simultaneously, with values ranging from approximately $1M to $15M.
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from estimator handoff through completion and closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and project documentation.
• Monitor project financial performance and proactively manage cost, scope, and schedule.
• Coordinate closely with field operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project workflows and reporting.
• Report directly to senior leadership and collaborate with other project management team members.
• Oversee a variety of commercial construction projects, including ground-up, renovation, and fit-out work.
• Travel to project sites throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts as required.

Work Model: Fully onsite

• Compensation: Up to $140,000 base salary, plus profit sharing and annual bonus opportunities
