Project Manager- Lab, Life Science- Greater Boston

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning and preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and overall project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Drive project performance related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
• Oversee projects within the life sciences, laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, educational, historic renovation, core & shell, fit-out, and new construction sectors.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service throughout all phases of construction.
• Work closely with on-site superintendents and support staff to ensure project success.
• Monitor project documentation, contracts, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with a highly experienced design-build network of construction and engineering partners.
• Work full-time on-site at project locations throughout the I-495 corridor, including areas such as Cambridge, Lexington, Newton, Watertown, Burlington, Waltham, Concord, and surrounding communities.
