Job Description

* Manage large ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

* Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications

* Drive project execution with a strong focus on schedule performance and delivery

* Coordinate with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and operational goals are achieved

* Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to maintain project momentum

The Successful Applicant

* 10-15+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial GC

* Proven experience delivering large ground-up commercial projects

* Strong scheduling and project planning capabilities

* Background with established commercial builders such as PCL, Balfour Beatty, Hawkins, or similar firms

* Local to Orlando or willing to relocate for the right opportunity
