Combining the resources and and expertise or a large contractor with the accessibility and culture of a close-knit team, they have built an exceptional reputation for quality, craftsmanship and long-term client partnerships.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Managing construction projects from preconstruction planning through completion and closeout.Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets and forecasts to ensure successful delivery.Coordinating and leading communication between owners, design teams, subcontractors and field personnel.Overseeing contract administration, change order management and project documentation.Monitoring project financial performance and proactively identifying opportunities to improve profitability.Leading project meetings and providing regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and regulatory requirements.Supporting procurement and subcontractor selection activities.Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project objectives.Mentoring and supporting Assistant Project Managers and project team members.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
