Job Description

  • Lead and manage all phases of large commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
