Job Description

  • Lead ground-up and large-scale construction projects valued at $40M+ from planning through completion
  • Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery
  • Partner with preconstruction, field operations, and executive supervise teams throughout the project life-cycle
  • Drive project performance, risk management, quality control, and financial outcomes
  • Play a key role in mentoring junior team members and supporting project team development

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 7-10 years of commercial construction Project Management experience
  • Proven track record delivering projects valued at $40M+
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls
  • Experience leading ground-up construction projects across diverse sectors
  • Collaborative and motivated by long-term career growth opportunities
