Job Description

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to established quality standards.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, owners, inspectors, and other stakeholders to maintain effective project communication and execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and proactively address delays, conflicts, and critical-path issues.
  • Oversee project budgets, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, cost controls, and financial reporting to protect project profitability.
  • Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to identify design conflicts, constructability issues, and required revisions.
  • Lead site operations and ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, project specifications, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings, site walks, and inspections while documenting project status, deficiencies, action items, and corrective measures.
  • Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, commissioning, turnover documentation, warranties, and final owner acceptance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Exposure to multifamily, commercial, industrial, or healthcare projects
  • Track record of leading builds valued at $5M+
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambition to grow within the organization long-term
