Job Description

The Project Manager - Large-Scale Projects - NoVA will:

  • Lead all phases of construction for large-scale projects ($30M-$150M+), with a focus on a $70M+ school build
  • Manage day-to-day on-site operations, spending the majority of time in the field (4-5 days per week)
  • Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality while ensuring profitability targets are achieved
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Oversee documentation, reporting, and project tracking using platforms such as Procore
  • Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining safety and compliance standards

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Large-Scale Projects - NoVA will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of construction experience, including at least 2+ years as a Project Manager
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at $30M+
  • Background in K-12, higher education, federal, or public works projects strongly preferred
  • Strong employment tenure and demonstrated track record of successful project delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
