They have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality education and public sector projects while maintaining long-term client relationships and a people-first culture.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Large-Scale Projects - NoVA will:Lead all phases of construction for large-scale projects ($30M-$150M+), with a focus on a $70M+ school buildManage day-to-day on-site operations, spending the majority of time in the field (4-5 days per week)Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality while ensuring profitability targets are achievedBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat businessCoordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project executionOversee documentation, reporting, and project tracking using platforms such as ProcoreIdentify and mitigate risks while maintaining safety and compliance standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
