Job Description

  • Lead the successful delivery of large-scale public construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
  • Manage all aspects of project execution including budget, schedule, procurement, risk management, and client relationships.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, field staff, consultants, and subcontractors to drive project success.
  • Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and municipal stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure profitability goals are achieved.
  • Utilize Procore and internal systems to maintain project controls, documentation, and reporting.
  • Solve complex project challenges and drive decisions that keep projects moving forward.
  • Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout all project phases.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Proven experience on projects valued at $20M+ preferred.
  • Ground-up construction and/or major renovation experience strongly preferred.
  • Public, K-12, academic, municipal, civic, or institutional project experience is highly desired.
  • Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working for respected General Contractors or Construction Management firms.
  • Ability to commute to Waltham, MA and regional project sites.
