Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
  • Lead a $40M ground-up wood frame multifamily development consisting of approximately 70-100 residential units.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor management, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are achieved.
  • Drive project planning, coordination, and problem resolution to maintain schedule and budget performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including estimating, BIM, and operations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Provide regular project reporting and updates to executive leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Background in multifamily residential construction, ideally wood frame projects.
  • Ability to independently run projects ranging from $10M+ in value.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost controls.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and ownership groups.
  • Local to the Greater Boston area and willing to work primarily from the Holliston office with site visits as needed.
