Job Description

  • Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout, maintaining ownership of schedule, budget, quality and client satisfaction.
  • Develop, manage and continuously update detailed project schedules to ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits, proactively identify issues and drive solutions around safety, quality, schedule and cost.
  • Partner closely with Beeler's Finance and Field Teams on project financials, documentation, forecasting and overall project execution

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience, in a Project Manager capacity.
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, change orders and subcontractor management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility with owners, subcontractors and field leadership.
  • Field experience and the ability to operate comfortably between the office, jobsite and client environment.
